In eight short weeks Virginia voters will go to the polls and select State Senators and Delegates. This is an especially critical election because currently both houses are evenly divided Republican and Democratic resulting in grid lock with very little results.

Susan Hippen is a 25-year naval veteran and the kind of unique leader we need in Richmond. Hippen was the first woman to be a section leader on the USS Theodore Roosevelt and retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer. Hippen learned in the Navy that there are no Democrats or Republicans, just men and women working to get things done. That is Hippen’s attitude with Richmond, working with ANYONE to get the job done on our education, economy, and transportation priorities.
